Profile
Dumisa is a member of the Group Executive team, heading up the Corporate and Administration Services where he manages the risk and governance functions. He guides the Group Executive on the firms governance and financial requirements across West, East and Southern Africa.
At various times over the last 15 years, he held Board positions, chairing committees at the Petroleum, Oil & Gas Corporation of South Africa (PetroSA); the Central Energy Fund (CEF) and the Road Accident Fund (RAF) to name a few. He has vast experience working with blue chip institutions where he provided corporate governance, financial control, organisational re-engineering, internal audit, budgeting and forecasting.. Some of these include being the Group Financial Director at Aveng Construction, Airports Company South Africa and
Alexander Forbes Financial Services where he controlled all cash flow investments, income and payments as Treasury lead. Prior to Nex Rubica Capital, he was an Executive at the Development Bank of Southern Africa where he doubled as Chief Investment Officer at the National Treasury’s
USD800 Million Jobs Fund.
A fellow of the South African Institute of Chartered Accounts, Dumisa has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Potchefstroom University.
